Biomass ash and incineration ash solidification recycling plant

A biomass ash recycling plant utilizing concrete solidification technology! Recycling fly ash, combustion residues, slag, etc. into subbase materials, recycled aggregates, and paving materials.

From the perspective of resource-saving recycling of biomass ash, coal ash, and others, effective utilization is being pursued, and particularly, the recycling of subgrade materials is expected to become a construction material that is easy to recycle both as a business and technically. Our company has a wealth of experience in recycling plants for subgrade materials, recycled aggregates, and paving materials using biomass ash, fly ash, incineration residues, and slag, leveraging the concrete solidification technology we have developed over many years. Additionally, we have a track record of recycling biomass ash and other incineration ashes into granules using DMK mixers for use as backfill materials. < Case Studies > ■ Recycled Soil and Recycled Aggregate Manufacturing Plant Effectively utilizing fly ash emitted from thermal power plants to provide stable, high-quality aggregates. ■ Ash Treatment System Ash treatment insolubilization plant using OM mixers. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Gypsum board recycling plant

Gypsum board crushing equipment

Our company's waste gypsum board recycling plant crushes, grinds, and sorts the large amounts of waste gypsum boards generated from new construction and demolition sites, separating them into gypsum powder and paper fragments. Gypsum powder can be recycled into agricultural materials, soil conditioners, and building materials, while paper fragments can be recycled as raw materials for papermaking. We propose processing capacities tailored to our customers' needs. According to estimates from the Waste Gypsum Board Industrial Association, the amount of waste gypsum board generated is projected to continue increasing until around 2050, with approximately 2.95 million tons from new construction and about 796,000 tons from demolition. ■ Robust and simple structure with a design focused on maintenance ■ Layout design can be customized to meet customer improvements ■ Efficient separation of gypsum and paper ■ Easy operation with automatic start ON/OFF ■ Realization of sensor-less operation through motor current values, load fluctuations, and timing control, reducing the risk of failure.
